With most things in life, from recipes to home styling, I find simple is best. This green tea aloe face mask takes only minutes to make and is both hydrating and astringent making it perfect for all different skin types.

Add 1 Tablespoons of powdered Matcha Green Tea to 2 Teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel (we have one we keep in the fridge for burns etc that works perfectly!) then add water slowly as required to make a spreadable paste!

Use a large makeup brush or your fingers to apply and allow to dry before washing off with warm water.

The green tea tightens your skin and reduces the look of pores while the aloe keeps you hydrated and soft.

Matcha is naturally anti bacterial making it great for acne prone skin and increasing elasticity.

So simple and effective!

Finish with your favourite moisturiser and a sunscreen of you're heading out for the day.

Thank you to Tiahna Cairns for creating this simple mask!
