If you crave something a little different from the traditional then Studio Voodoo is just what you have been waiting for!

With some intriguing flavour combinations such as Peach Anise, Bourbon Maple and Pistachio it can be hard to decide which ones to try first.

The cheeses I’ve tried so far all have a similar base made from creamy cashews that is super smooth, slightly tangy and delicious just on its own.

The flavours are then layered in with special limited editions appearing throughout the year.

The Peach Anise, a limited edition, was one of the first ones I tried and its a firm favourite. The anise flavour is strong and the sweetness of the peach compliments it perfectly without overpowering it.

Established 4 years ago and created in a commercial kitchen in South Australia by Anna, the cheeses are currently available from a select number of outlets in South Australia with more being added.

The Garlic and Herb Boursin was a huge hit with my whole family (it really does taste like Boursin!) and is perfect spread on toast, or my daughters favourite, as a creamy spread for her baked potato.

With deliciously crunchy pieces of garlic scattered through it would be wonderful thinned out with some plant based milk and turned into a pasta sauce.

I went a little overboard when choosing which ones to bring home with us so will post again once we’ve tasted some more of them!
