About the event

Join me in the serene sanctuary that is Yoga at the Lounge for this night of bliss.

We will meet in circle to share the magical spirit of ceremonial cacao before connecting with one another through some heart opening practices and intuitive journalling.   We will then make our cosy nests and lay down to enjoy a nourishing sound bath.

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

What to Bring

✨ Water bottle (keeping hydrated improves the transition of the sound)
