Join me for an afternoon of nourishment for your body, mind and soul.  Sharing Cacao, gently moving our bodies & fully relaxing with a guided Sound Bath.

Incorporating the magic of the cacao plant, pranayama, the conscious awareness of breath, combined with a gentle nourishing yoga flow before we settle on our mats for a crystal singing bowl meditation.

This experience is suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
