We will cover easy and relatable breathwork, grounding, and practical emotional regulation for both children and their care givers.

*What emotional regulation really means — and why it matters for kids and families

*How to use breath, grounding, and sensory tools to support calm in everyday moments

*Simple, science-backed techniques that are free, easy, and accessible
