In this deeply nourishing class we will prepare our bodies for meditation with some gentle pranayama, breathwork exercises, before bring our bodies and minds to stillness.

Using a combination of different techniquesdrawing from my training in vedic, kundalini and japa meditation to drop in to the meditative state.

Chairs are provided for those in need, as are blankets, cushions or other props you may need to make yourself comfortable.

If you have a personal set of Mala Beads please bring those with you.  If you would like to purchase a set you can view some of the range here although we have more in the studio.

With deepest respect I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land I live, work and practice on and pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging.

I acknowledge the First Nations people of all lands as the original caretakers of country and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and, in the spirit of reconciliation extend that respect to all First Nations people.

I bow down in reverence to their stories, traditions and living culture and commit to learning from, and working with, First Nations peoples in the spirit of reconciliation and access to justice.
