To kick start our 2023 mini womens wellness retreats for the Autumn Equinox we’re combining two of my favourite activities, yoga & pottery!
Together we will join in circle to connect and enjoy some gentle, relaxing, restorative yoga before sharing some bubbly and nibbles while getting creative with clay! 🥂
The gorgeous and talented Wendy from Lil miss potty mouth will guide you to create your own functional pottery piece using an age old hand building method.
Create a mug, planter, jug, vase, tea light/candle holder, bowl, utensil holder, dip/trinket bowl it’s entirely up to you!
No previous yoga or pottery experience is necessary! 💖
Finished Pieces can be picked up from our Thorneside Wellness Sanctuary after they have been glazed and fired and Wendy shares on her socials the progress of pottery so you can see how yours is going!
