Refund Policy

The Sacred Feminine

At The Sacred Feminine, all offerings are created with care, integrity, and deep intention. This policy exists to support clarity, fairness, and mutual respect around time, energy, and commitment.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products & Recordings

This includes downloadable resources, recordings, meditations, workshops, and any digital content delivered immediately or via replay.

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, all digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly support you.

Live Events, Circles & Workshops

This includes online or in-person circles, workshops, and live gatherings.

  • Refunds are available if requested up to 48 hours before the event start time.

  • Requests made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, as your place has already been held.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your ticket to another person (with notice), or

  • Request a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

Memberships

This includes ongoing memberships such as Path of the Sacred Feminine and The Feminine Network.

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time.

  • No refunds are issued for past or current billing periods.

  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.

1:1 Sessions, Mentoring & Coaching

This includes alignment calls, mentoring, and private sessions.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions are not eligible for a refund and may be forfeited.

If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will respond with care and discretion.

Nature of the Work

The work offered through The Sacred Feminine is experiential, educational, and embodied in nature. Each person’s experience is unique, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are not provided based on personal interpretation, emotional process, or perceived results.

This work does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

General Notes

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or personal circumstances.

  • Please contact us directly if something feels unclear or doesn’t seem right. We are always open to conversation and resolution where appropriate.
