We encourage listening to your body and nervous system and honouring your own boundaries throughout all experiences.

Bookings, Payments & Access

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Prices may change over time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will always be honoured.

Access to digital content, memberships, or live sessions is granted once payment has been successfully received.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Memberships & Community Spaces

For ongoing memberships and community-based offerings:

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations

  • Access continues until the end of the current paid period after cancellation

  • Community spaces are shared containers and require respectful, considerate participation

We reserve the right to decline, remove, or discontinue access to any membership, program, or community space if participation is disruptive, harmful, or not aligned with the values and integrity of the space. In such cases, refunds are not provided.

1:1 Sessions & Mentoring

  • For private sessions, mentoring, or coaching:

  • Sessions are delivered at the scheduled time

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

  • Please refer to the Refund Policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Technology & Access

  • While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery of online offerings, we are not responsible for:

  • Internet or connectivity issues

  • Platform outages beyond our control

  • User-side technical difficulties

  • If access issues arise, please contact us and we will support where reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sacred Feminine is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in offerings, use of this website, or reliance on shared content.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website, with the updated date shown above.
