About the event

In this deeply relaxing one and a half hour class we will gently move our bodies in time with our breath, create energy within via gentle pranayama, breathwork exercises, before bringing our bodies and minds to stillness for our group meditation and 30 minute sound healing

Herbal tea and time to chat and connect is provided for after class 💖

Mats and bolsters are provided, please bring any blankets, cushions or other props you may need to make yourself comfortable.

This class is limted to 4 participamts to ensure maximum attention can be given so bookings are essential.
